Changing a DIME Organization Name

How do I update my DIME organization account if a new company has acquired my company?

If your organization changes it's name because of an acquisition or other reason and you wish to update that information in DIME, you must request a new DIME organization account.

To initiate a request to create a DIME organization account under your new company, lab or unit name, begin by visiting the DIME organization search tool. A link to this page may also be found on the DIME sign in page.

It is important to ensure that any samples and test records submitted reflect your actual company or organization name. Any published samples or test results are permanent records and the associated sampler and/or tester name cannot be changed.
